3to7 Montessori — School Management CRM
A complete management system for a Montessori school — admissions, fees, attendance and a parent portal.
The school ran entirely on paper registers and Excel files. Tracking down fee defaulters took hours, and parents had to phone the office for every small update.
We built a complete school management CRM on PHP and MySQL:
• Student admissions with document uploads
• Monthly fee challan generation and an automatic defaulter list
• Class-wise attendance with monthly summaries
• Teacher and staff records
• A parent portal for viewing fees and attendance
• Role-based access with separate dashboards for admin, teachers and accounts
The result: fee collection went from a three-day exercise to a few hours, and the admin team's daily manual work all but disappeared.
